The practice of yoga when moving with our breath, paying attention to the subtleties in our body, guides us towards discovering a deep stillness within ourselves.
It allows us to feel something deeper, while helping us to let go of our minds.
The asana practice becomes a moving meditation and this mindful awareness helps heal our bodies and supports our well-being and immunity.
