Never let anyone break your spirit.

I don’t usually share this kind of stuff but I have suffered so much abuse and betrayal the last few days, weeks even longer that I was ready to give everything up - my classes, my students even my own yoga practice. I was ready to give up completely.

I pulled myself together, because this student counted on me today to guide them through their journey of transformation.
Seeing her enthusiasm and her financial efforts and immense courage to work on her well-being and her healing was inspiring. I could not let her down.

None of us are perfect. We’re all healing - all of us will have lived through some trauma through our lives. Often the strongest women are the most delicate inside.

All we can do is get up try again and do better for ourselves.
No one has to appreciate it. No one has to congratulate you.

No one can ever touch you. No one can ever hurt you unless you allow them.

Your spirit is limitless, infinite bliss is within you and it’s all magic, we are all made of stars.

Keep shining no matter what - how people see you is only a reflection of their own self through veils of Maya and conditioning and their own trauma.

If I can do it - believe me so can you.

Keep rising. ✨🦋 Keep transforming. Just like my beautiful butterflies that remind me life is always beautiful. 🦋

Perfect for an after school snack or an on-the-go

Perfect for an after school snack or an on-the-go treat, granola bars are the ultimate pack and go option.

Here's my favourite recipe!
DōTERRA’s essential oil makes all the difference here.

Granola Bars

Ingredients:
200 grams oats
40 grams Rice Crispies or alternative
80 grams of mini chocolate chips
50 grams brown sugar
3 grams of salt
24 grams coconut flakes
16 grams flax seed
16 grams sesame seed
16 grams chia seed
43 grams coconut oil
85 grams honey
2.5 ml vanilla
2 drops Tangerine oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 177° C.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Set aside.
Mix all wet ingredients together. Melt in a pan over medium heat.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix uniformly.
Allow wet ingredients to absorb into dry ingredients.

Tip: If mixture is too dry, add more coconut oil or honey; if too wet, add more oatmeal.

Line cake pan with parchment paper. Pour in mixture and pat down.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly brown.

Sharing with you one of my best and easiest granola recipes. All healthy and nutritious, feel free to go bio and add or take away to your own taste.

INGREDIENTS
500 g steel cut oats
125 g Nuts/seeds (pecans, almond shavings, sunflower seeds)
30 g Chia seeds
¼ teaspoon Fine sea salt ground Himalayan is always best
120 ml Melted coconut oil
80 ml Maple syrup or raw honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
85 g Unsweetened coconut flakes or 65 g shredded coconut
65 g Chopped dried fruit - cranberries or raisins (optional)
2-3 drops of Cinnamon Essential Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
• Heat oven to 175°C.
• Line a large baking sheet with baking paper, set aside.

• In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, nuts, chia seeds, ground cinnamon and sea salt until evenly combined.

• In a separate measuring cup, stir together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and drops of Cinnamon oil until combined. Pour the coconut oil mixture into the oats mixture, and stir until evenly combined.

• Spread the granola out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

• Remove from oven, add the coconut shavings, and give the mixture a good stir.

• Bake for 5 more minutes, until the coconut is lightly toasted and golden.

• Remove from the oven and let cool until the granola reaches room temperature.

• Then stir in the dried fruit or any other optional add-ins you might prefer.

• Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 month, but they never last this long!

Mandukasana or frog pose is a deep groin opener working the adductors, it works the heart, lungs and intestines, also the spleen, liver and kidney meridians, so it helps with digestion and can help relieve menstrual cramps when held during a yin yoga practice.

Smoothies are a delicious, convenient way to nourish your body with fruit! This is my favourite smoothie bowl recipe featuring doTERRA Lime oil!

Ingredients:
300 grams fresh raspberries (frozen works too)
158 ml coconut milk
1 frozen banana
2-3 drops Lime oil
15 grams chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut milk, chia seeds, and Lime oil.
2. Puree until mixture is smooth.
3. Pour mixture into bowl and top with shredded coconut, shaved dark chocolate and any other desired toppings.
